Production & delivery
Your Pause Awards trophy, pre-crafted and awaiting dispatch, will be delivered within 3-10 days post-order. A 2-3 day handling period is included, with a standard $45 shipping with insurance fee across Australia.
Ordering process
For timely trophy delivery, order by December 15th. Notify us of any absences during delivery. Incorrect address orders require a new purchase. Damaged trophies will be replaced at no extra cost.
